Although based on courses that we have long taught in a university setting, it is focused on knowledge-building rather than skill building, and is not intended to replace the more in-depth professional education we provide. We provide office hours to students in order to ensure that all concepts can be learned completely. For skill building and specific applications of strategic management knowledge, we offer a reasonably-priced coaching service that accompanies the course to allow full assistance in implementing what is learned in the course to the organizational setting. Our additional services can also be discussed during office hours, where students can ask us about whatever issues, concerns, or questions they have.
