John Corso has achieved real, measurable results for individuals and organizations from various sectors of industry. He holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, with specific concentrations in performance measurement, evaluation, training, and organizational development, and research focused on team leadership and interpersonal dynamics. He teaches and lectures in strategy and performance management at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies and McDonough School of Business and has practiced in all of these disciplines as an internal and external consultant since joining the University's adjunct faculty cadre in 2002. He has served as a manager, consultant, and coach to other managers and senior leaders for more than 35 years of both public and private service. 




Gary A. Steinberg, MBA

Gary Steinberg is a former federal senior executive and a recognized leader in strategic planning, performance management, and organizational management. Currently an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, he previously served as an agency director at the U.S. Department of Labor. He was a Meritorious Executive recipient of the President's Rank Award in 2015. He served as a senior executive at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, responsible for strategic human capital and performance management programs. He served nine years at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he was responsible for strategic planning, program evaluation, organizational assessments, and management improvement programs. He began his Federal career at NASA where he served as Director for Strategic Management, leading development of NASA's strategic and performance plans and strategic management system. Prior to joining the government, Mr. Steinberg had private industry management responsibilities in the areas of strategic and business planning, management controls, and quality. Mr. Steinberg graduated from the University of Connecticut cum laude, and from the University of Hartford with a master's in business administration.
